introNetworks created the Smart Start program to provide you with a solid start along with a roadmap for success based upon your unique requirements. Using collective best practices and our expertise from over five years of building smart social networks Smart Start provides a 90 day program laying the foundation for a vibrant online community.

Getting Started

The Smart Start program begins with a thorough understanding of your objectives for building the Community. Whether it is being used for an event, an association, your employees or another application, we will work closely with you and your team to design the ideal content to match your objectives perfectly. We will lead you through this discovery process and make sure every question is answered and all issues related to integration, design and deployment are identified and resolved.

The Launch

Each introNetworks Community is different, and so are the needs of its members and stakeholders; therefore, we will work closely together with you to plan your launch rollout and communication. Our experience in the marketplace, serving a wide variety of organizations, has provided us with a knowledge base of community "best practices" that we will share with you.

As part of the launch strategy. we will work with you to create and see Groups, Forums and collaborative Resources to make relevant content accessible to the Community members.

Creating Conversations and Growing Your Community

Once launched your Smart Start manager will monitor your site traffic and activity. We will employ the unique and tested strategies that will ensure a higher level of uptake during the critical first few weeks. A vibrant Community will be one that has lots of activity. Experience has taught us what works best to keep the activity and conversations going. The Smart Start program will provide the roadmap to growing your online community.

Watching Your Numbers

It is said, "That which gets measured gets done!" We certainly believe measurement is a key indicator of success in any Community. Using our reporting tools, we will work with you to analyze how the collected information can be used to help you make better decisions and serve your audience more effectively. If you are looking to bolster sponsor support with demographic data, or determine what sessions to address in an upcoming symposium, the community business intelligence you receive will be vital to the success of those efforts.

Monthly Review

During the 90 day Smart Start program you will have 3 formal reviews to go over progress. These meetings are your chance to make sure that all of your questions are answered and action plans are in place to assure success.
