Creating Conversations and Growing Your Community Once launched your Smart Start manager will monitor your site traffic and activity. We will employ the unique and tested strategies that will ensure a higher level of uptake during the critical first few weeks. A vibrant Community will be one that has lots of activity. Experience has taught us what works best to keep the activity and conversations going. The Smart Start program will provide the roadmap to growing your online community. Watching Your Numbers It is said, "That which gets measured gets done!" We certainly believe measurement is a key indicator of success in any Community. Using our reporting tools, we will work with you to analyze how the collected information can be used to help you make better decisions and serve your audience more effectively. Monthly Review During the 90 day Smart Start program you will have 3 formal reviews to go over progress. These meetings are your chance to make sure that all of your questions are answered and action plans are in place to assure success.
